InTouch Digital is a highly reliable server designed for ease of use. The familiar telephone user interface is based on a single-letter mnemonic, such as “P” for Play, “D” for Delete, or “A” for Answer. The user interface can be customized to each user’s needs, with support for multiple languages as well as customized prompts (including generic, standard and personalized prompts).
